Navy
Arms Control Directorate - The Assistant Secretary
of the Navy for Research, Development, and Acquisition(ASN
(RDA)) has designated the Navy Arms Control Directorate
[ Navy International Programs Office (IPO-05) ] as the
Executive Agent responsible for coordinating Navy and
Marine Corps compliance and implementation activities
associated with Non-strategic Arms Control Agreements.

International Nonproliferation of WOMD - This is
a link resource covering a wide variety of sites dealing
with the nonproliferation of weapons of mass destruction
(WOMD). This WWW server consists of links to sites in
the areas of nuclear, chemical and biological, and conventional
nonproliferation, as well as terrorism and strategic
defenses. Most of the main, well-known web sites in
these fields are listed.
Cooperative Monitoring
Center - The Cooperative Monitoring Center is located
at Sandia National Laboratories in Albuquerque, NM.
Its mission is to assist political and technical experts
from around the world acquire the technology-based tools
they need to analyze, design, and implement nonproliferation,
arms control, and other security measures.
Cooperative
Threat Reduction (CTR) This is the site of the U.S.
Department of Defense program on Cooperative Threat
Reduction (CTR) in the former Soviet Union. The site
includes documentation on the CTR program: its accomplishments;
details of assistance provided to Belarus, Kazakstan,
Ukraine, and Russia; and other related information.
International Atomic
Energy Agency - This is the main server of the International
Atomic Energy Agency with links to IAEA publications
such as the Bulletin and Newsbriefs. Updated information
and data are available on the status of IAEA safeguards
agreements, documents, and resolutions of IAEA General
Conferences, Annual Reports, and safeguards implementation.
This is one of the most useful sites for accessing up-to-date
information on IAEA safeguards and nuclear nonproliferation.
Ex-USSR
Nuclear Technologies - This site is devoted exclusively
to focus information resources on both the ex-USSR and
nuclear technology. It includes information on nuclear
technologies, nuclear technology policy, and peripheral
country data, on the ex-USSR countries. This is a useful
site for basic information on a variety of nuclear technology
subjects relating to the former Soviet republics. The
listings include information on nuclear power reactors,
nuclear fuel cycle and waste facilities, the Russian
nuclear navy, nuclear-powered spacecraft, the Chornobyl
accident, and nonproliferation, among other headings.
