The BBE is somewhat a part of the Dutch Marine Corps
and exists mainly of Marines, but also of Green Berets.

We are indeed part of UK SBS as the 7th troop of
C-sqn
We do not have dedicated groups in the unit for boating,
diving etc as is misstated on the page.
We are a unit of 5 times 4 pax teams; and a staff
of 6 (two officers) (so a total of 26)
3 teams are dedicated to C-sqn 2 to M-sqn
Apart from that the NL have 3 sf coy's
1 = army KCT (108)
1 = LAVERCIE (consisting of 7 tp SBS and Moutain recce
tp)
1 = BBE (mainly CT)
As for weapons:
We do not use the browning and FAL anymore (for quite
some time) but C-7, C-8, Steyr, MAG, .50 and Glock
MP-5 is used by BBE not (or hardly) by us.
