However, I find it strange that a lot of people have forgotten that anything having to do with Ted Turner, is also putting money in the pocket of Hanoi Jane. On one hand they (turner broadcasting) will do a program on Our Heros, and on the other hand Jane Fonda (Hanoi Jane) receives money and support from hubbie Ted. ASA all the way......

I am a huge "fan" of Special Operations units and believe they are the backbone of this great country's military. I served 4 years (between a National Guard scout platoon and a line company in the 101st Airborne Division) before having to ETS early due to personal reasons. This site helps keep me informed and in touch with the state of America's very best. I just finished reading CSM O'Brien's letter and not only agree, but, am saddened to see the Army losing a fine soldier due to more politics. Keep up the good work on the site! Hooah!

Thank you for the maintainance of this page. I have found the information displayed here very helpful, especially the article on picking out the phonies (in my opinion they should be shot due to the fact that they are a discrace to the country). I live in Sarajevo,capitol of Bosnia,very famous name in the World because last war.I could saw your soldiers here and they got my respect.They have helpped us during war.Now,war finished they are helping us in counstruction of stability and peace.Some of them lossed their lives here and that is teriblle,some of them lossed their parts of body,they became invalides.That is why I am writing this.I am just civilian from poor and war-destroyes state,but I have honor and proud,two most important things for human being.Those two things drive me to say THANK YOU for everything.

As a volunteer Vietnam era vet (Occupation Forces -Berlin), many of my friends served in SOF. Plus after the war, I had the opportunity to train with a number of "Special" troops, LRPS, SEALS, RECON and others.
My hat is off to all of those in the ranks then, now and in the future for their service to my (our) country.
Your site is a tribute to all of them and I will definitely pass on news of its existence.

This site is by far the best spec ops site i've ever seen and i've seen alot of them. I admire and look up to those who are in special operation groups and I hope to someday also be part of one. This is my favorite, nice work on it and keep it going.

I would like to take a moment to express my gratitude for all the wonderful work you are doing with this site. You are a true professional and the Special Operations community and the military as a whole should be proud of the work you have done. I was never an "official" operator but as a Security Policeman in the U.S. Air Force I had the opportunity to work along side of some of AFSOC's and USSOCOM'S finest and the knowledge I received will stay with me until the Lord calls me home. These fine men and women put their lives on the line without the fanfare often given to "paper" units. It is great to see that at this site they are given their much deserved "pat on the back."
