Overview
Detachment Kodiak is located in Kodiak,
Alaska. It is a small training command consisting
of a six man training cadre that specializes in training
SEAL platoons and Special Boat Unit Detachments in
maritime cold-weather operations. Units train in long
range maritime navigation, across the beach operations,
and other cold weather operations.
