A pararescueman from the 48th Rescue
Squadron, Holloman AFB, NM, fast ropes into the Kuwaiti
desert from an HH-60G Pave Hawk helicopter. The 48th
RQS was deployed to Camp Doha, Kuwait recently. The
unit conducts worldwide combat rescue with HH-60G
helicopters during wartime or contingency operations,
and conducts peacetime search and rescue and medical
evacuations.
