This is a photo taken over Yuma Proving Ground, AZ while assigned to 
the Military Free Fall committee. Army MSG "Congo" Easterling is the Tandem Master and his passenger is Army SGT "Packman" Eatmon. They were both wearing oxygen systems, ruck sacks and 
rifles. The photo was taken by USMC SGT Mike Black at about 15,000 feet over Phillips 
DZ.
